Wellington Cambodian Buddhist Temple
This temple was built by Cambodian people who immigrated to New Zealand in the early 1970s and 80s. The Senior monk was the first Cambodian Buddist monk who arrived in New Zealand for the first time. It was the begining of Buddhist life in New Zealand. As a Cambodian Buddhist, I am proud to establish this webpage in order to honor the sinor monk and Cambodian who struggle to build this temple. Without their effort, this monastery would not exist in New Zealand's land.
We also wish all khmer who were affected by the babaric war to escapse all suffering. Also We wish all human and animal lives live in peace. May the world be a safe place. May everyone have peace and escapse from the suffering.
